↪ Terms and Conditions for Google Ads Expert Services:
↪ 1. Definitions
"Youhexa Technologies™" refers to the service provider offering Google Ads services.
"Client" refers to the party engaging Youhexa Technologies™ for Google Ads services.
"Google Ads" refers to the advertising services provided by Google LLC.
↪2. Services Provided
Youhexa Technologies™ agrees to provide the Client with professional Google Ads services, which may include but are not limited to:
Campaign setup and management.
Keyword research and selection.
Ad copy creation and optimization.
Bid management.
Conversion tracking setup and management.
Monthly reporting and analysis.
↪3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and timely information required for campaign setup and management.
Fulfill any payment obligations to Google for advertising spend.
Grant necessary access permissions to Youhexa Technologies™ for Google Ads accounts.
↪4. Payment
The Client is responsible for all Google Ads advertising spend. Youhexa Technologies™ may require a management fee for services rendered, as agreed upon between the parties.
Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the separate Service Agreement or Invoice provided by Youhexa Technologies™.
↪5. Term and Termination
The term of the agreement shall commence on the date specified in the Service Agreement and will continue until terminated by either party upon written notice.
↪6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of this engagement.
↪7. Liability and Indemnification
Youhexa Technologies™ will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client due to Google Ads campaign performance.
the client is agreeing to protect and absolve Youhexa Technologies™ from any legal claims, demands, or losses that may arise from the services provided. Essentially, the client is taking on the responsibility for any potential legal issues or financial losses that may occur due to the advertising campaign, rather than Youhexa Technologies™ bearing that responsibility.
↪8. Changes and Amendments
↪We may make any changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
↪9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lucknow Jurisdiction Only.
↪10. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, along with any separate Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By engaging Youhexa Technologies™ for Google Ads services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
